Zelenskyy chats with Trump’s guys about that peace thing

Original version ·

The gears of diplomacy are turning as Volodymyr Zelenskyy touches base with Jared Kushner and Steve Witkoff.

It seems the pre-inauguration diplomatic speed-dating is in full swing. Volodymyr Zelenskyy just hopped on a call with Trump’s point men, Jared Kushner and Steve Witkoff, to kick around ideas on how to actually get things moving.

The vibe is active diplomacy rather than just sitting around waiting for January. While everyone is being tight-lipped about the specifics, the teams are now in constant contact. It is a classic case of trying to get the groundwork laid before the boss even moves into the White House.

Diplomacy is officially moving at the speed of a Trump transition team.
