So Zelenskyy caught up with Merz to chat about the only thing that really matters right now: keeping those Patriot systems fed with interceptors. Russia is basically betting everything on ballistic terror, so the goal is to make sure our skies aren't completely defenseless.
Meanwhile, the propaganda machine in the Kremlin is working overtime, with Putin claiming they've somehow snatched Kostiantynivka. It’s a complete lie, which Zelenskyy basically called out by suggesting that if they actually had the town, Putin should pop by for a diplomatic sit-down. Needless to say, nobody's holding their breath for that meeting.
It’s truly a special kind of audacity to lie about capturing a city that’s still very much under Ukrainian control while trying to play the diplomat.
