Lukashenko gets an ultimatum and the EU says go for it
So Zelenskyy gave Lukashenko a week to turn off those Russian drone signal boosters, and Brussels just dropped a casual nod of approval.
Zelenskyy basically told Lukashenko to dismantle the signal repeaters sitting right along the border that help Russian drones navigate into Ukraine. He gave Minsk exactly one week to turn them off. Days passed, and predictably, dead silence from the Belarusian regime.
So reporters turned to Brussels to ask what they think about Ukraine threatening to handle it. The EU Commission's spokesperson Anitta Hipper didn't even flinch: Ukraine has every right to defend itself. She casually listed all the ways Belarus has been playing accomplice, from launching hybrid migration attacks on EU borders to letting Russian weapons use their territory.
