Ukraine's drones just turned Russia's radar network into scrap metal
It turns out Russia's multi-million dollar air defense systems aren't quite as invincible as the brochures claimed.
The SFS (Sila Bezpilotnykh System) had a busy night, turning a large chunk of Russia's radar and air defense infrastructure into expensive lawn ornaments. They managed to hit Su-33 and MiG-29 jets sitting on the tarmac, but the real show was the S-400 and the eight different radar systems they took offline.
Everything from the fancy Nebo-U radars to the Pantsir-S1 and Tor units suddenly developed a severe allergy to Ukrainian tech. It is honestly impressive how many multi-million dollar toys can be neutralized in a single sweep across Rostov, Krasnodar, and Crimea.
Expensive air defense systems are only useful if they can actually defend themselves.
