Ukraine hits major refineries in Yaroslavl and Ufa
Ukrainian drones are taking another long-distance road trip, leaving Russian oil infrastructure flaming and confused.
While everyone was arguing about deep-strike permissions, Ukrainian forces casually sent drones all the way to Yaroslavl and Ufa. In Ufa, over a thousand kilometers from the border, they hit critical refining and processing units at the Bashneft-Novoil plant — striking the exact gear that keeps fuel production running.
Meanwhile, the Slavneft-Yanos refinery in Yaroslavl caught fire in three separate spots. Just to make it a package deal, Ukrainian operators also knocked out two key ground relays used to pilot Geran and Gerbera kamikaze drones in occupied Kherson and Crimea.
Russian refining capacity is learning the hard way that distance is no longer a valid defense strategy.
