Drones Just Pulled the Plug on Crimea's Energy Bridge
While everyone was arguing about geopolitics, our drone guys went on a weekend shopping spree through occupied territories, leaving nine power substations and Russia's precious energy bridge in the dark.
Imagine spending billions on a fancy "energy bridge" to connect occupied Crimea to Russia, packing the area with your best air defense, only for some flying lawnmowers to turn it all off.
Our newly minted Unmanned Systems Forces, led by Robert "Madyar" Brovdi, had a very busy weekend. They knocked out nine power substations, a gas pumping station, and successfully converted five high-end air defense systems into scrap metal.
The star of the show was the "Kuban-Crimea" energy bridge in Glazivka. It's supposed to keep the peninsula's lights on, but now it’s more of a monument to optimism. To make things sweeter, the drones also wiped out an S-400 "Triumph" launcher and a Nebo-U radar system that were literally there to prevent exactly this from happening.
Paying billions for air defense that gets destroyed by the very things it was bought to shoot down is peak military strategy.
