Ukrainian drones reach the Caspian Sea and 1,200 km deep into Russia
Ukrainian long-range strikes just had one of their busiest nights yet, stretching from deep industrial hubs all the way to ships in the Caspian Sea.
Ukrainian drones took a long road trip last night, hitting military supply targets over 1,200 kilometers away in Kirov and reaching industrial facilities in Tyumen, Yekaterinburg, and Rostov-on-Don.
The real plot twist happened in the waters down south. Ukrainian forces targeted a Russian warship and cargo vessels in the Caspian Sea that were actively shuttling military equipment from Iran. To top it off, major Russian oil hubs like the Sheskharis Black Sea terminal have suspended tanker loading after earlier drone visits.
The concept of a safe rear area in Russian military logistics is becoming purely theoretical.
