Poland’s Tusk considers extra Patriot missiles for Ukraine
A missile landed in Poland again, but this time Warsaw’s response is surprisingly practical.
A Russian Kh-101 cruise missile reportedly crashed in eastern Poland during a massive attack. Instead of just issuing another stern diplomatic statement, Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk went straight to the crash site and dropped a far more interesting piece of news.
Warsaw is now looking into sending extra Patriot air defense missiles straight to Kyiv. As Tusk noted, 100% safe airspace doesn't exist anywhere — not in the US, Israel, or Europe — so reinforcing defense next door is basic common sense.
He also shared a pretty serious timeline after speaking with Volodymyr Zelenskyy, noting that the next 100 days could prove decisive for the outcome of the war. Ukrainian experts are already joining the investigation on the ground.
