SBU hits 5 Russian refineries, fighter jets, and air defense in one week
While everyone was arguing online, Ukrainian intelligence had arguably its most productive week of deep strikes yet.
The SBU spent the last seven days executing a massive, coordinated sweep across Russian territory and occupied regions.
In a single week, long-range drones managed to hit five major Russian oil refineries at once, including massive facilities run by Lukoil and Bashneft in Perm, Volgograd, and Ufa. That is tens of millions of tons of annual refining capacity set ablaze in one go.
They did not stop at fuel. Over at the Khanskaya airfield near Maykop, two Su-35 fighter jets and two training aircraft took direct hits right on the tarmac. Add four air-defense radar systems in Krasnodar, an aviation plant in Evpatoria, and a flaming port facility in Taman.
Russian air defense appears to be operating strictly as a decorative element at this point.
