SBU Drones Travel 1,500 km to Hit Lukoil Refinery
Ukrainian long-range drones just flew deep into Russian territory to set a massive Lukoil oil refinery in Perm on fire.
Deep rear areas in Russia are officially no longer safe. Ukrainian drones managed to cover over 1,500 kilometers to deliver a hot greeting straight to the Lukoil-Permnefteorgsintez plant in Perm.
The strike targeted the primary crude distillation unit, effectively disabling the main technological heart of a plant that processes nearly 13 million tons of oil a year to fuel the Russian military machine.
Operating a massive military-linked fuel hub 1,500 kilometers behind the front lines turns out to be much less cozy than expected.
