Russian drone hits Academy of Sciences in Kyiv, killing one

A strike drone smashed straight into an institute belonging to the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine in central Kyiv. One person was killed and seven others injured as research offices were reduced to shattered glass and rubble.
Around the same time, another strike hit a medical clinic nearby in the city center. Deciding that clinics and academic departments pose the ultimate tactical threat is certainly a bold military doctrine.
