Russia's strategic NORSI refinery has completely stopped processing oil

Someone in the Nizhny Novgorod region clearly forgot to renew their air defense subscription, and now a massive oil plant is just a giant piece of modern art.

It turns out that flying Ukrainian drones are highly effective at restructuring the Russian energy sector. Following a neat visit on July 2, the giant NORSI refinery in the Nizhny Novgorod region has completely suspended all oil refining operations.

This isn't some backyard distillery making bootleg fuel. This is one of Russia's top-tier strategic assets. Fixing high-tech refinery columns under global sanctions is already a nightmare, but doing it while the sky keeps speaking Ukrainian makes it practically impossible.

Russian domestic fuel supplies are about to experience some very entertaining gravity-defying stunts.
