Another Day, Another Blackout: Russia Hits the Grid Again

Original version ·

Just when everyone thought the power situation was stabilizing, the morning brought a massive reminder that nothing is safe.

It’s a classic move: Russia decided to dump a mountain of hardware on our energy infrastructure overnight. Ukrenergo says it’s one of the biggest hits yet, and now the grid is acting like a moody teenager.

We are back to emergency outages across several regions and Kyiv. The energy guys are running around trying to prioritize critical infrastructure while the rest of us play 'guess when the fridge dies'. They threw everything they had at the system, and it’s definitely feeling the burn.

Apparently, stability is just a myth we tell ourselves between air raid sirens.
