Russia tries to flood the sky with 200+ drones, Ukraine shrugs it off

Original version ·

Another sleepless night as Russia throws a massive budget of hardware at the sky, and most of it ends up as scrap metal.

It seems like Russia is really testing the limits of how many lawnmower-grade engines they can launch at once. They threw over 200 drones—including weird imitation stuff and some jet-powered models—along with a handful of X-59/69 missiles at us. Our air defense guys treated it like a game of Whac-A-Mole, downing 204 of the swarm.

The sheer logistics of packing the sky with that much junk must be a nightmare, yet here we are. A few got through and caused damage, which is the shitty part of living through this, but the math behind their efficiency is looking increasingly pathetic.

Someone is definitely getting a promotion in the scrap metal recycling industry for all this debris. Source: Telegram

200 drones? The sheer waste of money is mind-boggling.

God bless the operators. They don't sleep so we can.
+2 emotionalA heartfelt sentiment that adds absolutely zero tactical value, but at least it is not a bot-generated script

Are they just throwing paper airplanes at this point? Smh.
+3 funnyComparing military hardware to office supplies is the kind of petty mockery we live for

Numbers game or not, it's still dangerous.
+1 boringThank you for confirming that dangerous things are, in fact, dangerous
