Death toll from today's Russia attack rises to seven

Original version ·

Just another day of Russia terrorizing civilians, and the numbers keep getting worse.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy was on the phone with the Norway Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre today, and the update is grim. The day started with news of five deaths, but that number has already climbed to seven. Among those killed was a child.

The conversation wasn't just about sharing bad news, though. Zelenskyy is pushing hard for more air defense systems and F-16 jets. The reality is that civilian life is becoming a bargaining chip in a war of attrition where energy grids and homes are the primary targets.

It is wild that in the 21st century, international diplomacy still boils down to begging for basics while people die in their sleep.
