9 dead in Priluki: Rescuers pull three children from the rubble

Original version ·

Another morning, another nightmare as Russia hits homes while everyone is asleep.

The toll in Priluki just keeps climbing. Rescuers digging through what was once a quiet apartment building have just pulled out three children. The death toll is now nine, and dozens are injured.

It is the same old script: a strike at night when people are defenseless in their beds. Among the victims are families, including the relatives of a police officer who had only recently come back from the front. They survived the actual war zone, only to be killed in their own living room by a missile that hit a civilian block.

The madness isn't limited to one town. They are hitting cemeteries, warehouses, and homes across the country simultaneously. It is just pure, unadulterated cruelty meant to break anyone who hasn't been broken yet.

Nobody seems to have any answers left for why this is considered a military strategy.
