Zelenskyy: We don't have enough Patriots for massive ballistic barrages
The math is simple and brutal: our Patriot stocks aren't matching the incoming fire.
Volodymyr Zelenskyy was blunt while standing in the rubble of a residential block in Kyiv: Ukraine just doesn't have the PAC-3 missiles needed to stop massive, multi-target ballistic attacks. While we have plenty of systems for cruise missiles, only Patriots can handle the heavy ballistic stuff.
It is getting absurd. We have deals signed, money paid, and even promises from countries like Norway to cover 200 missiles, yet those rockets are stuck in a bureaucratic limbo or supply void. It is a strange game where the check is cashed, but the shield never arrives.
Apparently, paying for security is just the first step in a very long, very slow walk through international red tape.
