Zelenskyy Confirms Drones Hit Russia: 700km Out

Original version ·

Looks like the geography of this war just got a whole lot more flexible for Ukraine.

It seems Volodymyr Zelenskyy Zelenskyy has officially pulled back the curtain on some very creative long-distance travel plans. Our drones managed to reach a major oil site in the Yaroslavl region—which is a solid 700 kilometers away—and gave the Azot chemical plant in Tula a rather warm wake-up call.

The Azot facility was apparently quite busy cooking up explosives, so it’s safe to say its production schedule just took an unplanned hiatus. It’s funny how these things work: if you keep trying to export a war, eventually the shipping costs start coming out of your own pocket. The fact that twenty-eight Russian regions were busy listening to air raid sirens overnight says more about the current state of things than any official report ever could.

Turns out, what goes around really does come around, especially when it has wings and a payload.

700km? That's some serious range. Keep them coming.

Are we really pretending this changes the front line? It's just a nuisance.
