Russian Strike Hits Kyiv Region Warehouses, Killing 16

Original version ·

Russia launched another massive drone and missile attack overnight, turning civilian logistics hubs and warehouses into smoke.

Overnight, missile and drone barrages ripped through the Kyiv region, leaving 16 people dead and 36 injured. Instead of hitting military targets, the strikes rained down on civilian storage facilities, greenhouses, and delivery trucks.

The heaviest destruction hit key logistics nodes, including the primary distribution hub of retail giant Rozetka. In total, 13 warehouses and nearly 60 transport vehicles were destroyed across Brovary, Bucha, and Fastiv districts.

Targeting supply chains and civilian parcel hubs seems to be the core strategy when actual military success remains out of reach.
