Night strike on Kyiv injures 15, including two teenagers

Original version ·

Just another routine night in Kyiv where sleeping in your own bed counts as an extreme sport.

Nighttime in the capital turned into another ballistic lottery. As reported by Mayor Vitali Klitschko, the toll climbed to 15 people injured, with eight hospitalized — including two 15-year-old kids whose only fault was trying to sleep before a regular school day.

The hits battered residential homes, chipped at metro infrastructure on the bridge, and set off damage at a local gas station on the left bank. Russia's high-precision target of the night turned out to be a suburban fence and a fuel dispenser.

Nothing screams tactical brilliance quite like waging war against private driveways at three in the morning.
