Kyiv survives an 11-hour barrage of drones and missiles

Original version ·

An eleven-hour air raid, 28 hit locations across the capital, and a direct strike on an ambulance station. Just another night in Kyiv.

The sirens in Kyiv wailed for over eleven hours straight. Waves of ballistic missiles and attack drones hit virtually every corner of the capital, leaving at least 28 separate blast and debris sites across residential neighborhoods.

A nine-story apartment building had six floors ripped open, an entire local market caught fire, and an emergency medical substation took a hit, critically injuring paramedics on duty. Rescuers spent the morning pulling people from crushed private homes and blocked high-rises.

Targeting the exact place where ambulances dispatch while a city is actively burning is a special kind of villainy.
