FSB agents caught planning terror attack in central Kyiv

Two operatives thought they could blow up an admin building in downtown Kyiv and casually slip back across the border.

The SBU and National Police just picked up two FSB assets who had a master plan: blow up a government building right in the heart of Kyiv and then make a run for Russia.

Instead of a clean escape, they were caught before they could pull it off. Apparently, the strategy was to commit a high-profile attack in a heavily monitored capital and just walk over the border like nobody would notice.
