A morning in Kyiv: drone debris hits a park, a toddler is gone

Original version ·

Just another day of terror as Russia turns public spaces into a crime scene.

The news from Kyiv today is just gut-wrenching. Russia sent more drones over the capital, and instead of hitting anything remotely tactical, the debris rained down on an Obolon park and a restaurant. A two-year-old child who was caught in the blast has died in the hospital.

Vitali Klitschko Klitschko confirmed the toll keeps climbing, with at least eight people injured across several districts. It is the same old script: falling scrap metal, shattered glass, and a city left to mourn another life that never stood a chance.

There is no strategic victory here, just the cold math of a terror campaign designed to make every morning in the city a gamble with fate.
