Three more kids escape the Left Bank, and it is a small miracle

Original version ·

Another rescue mission just pulled off the impossible in Kherson, bringing three more children home to safety.

Save Ukraine just managed to snatch two girls and a boy from the occupied side of Kherson. These kids are between four and sixteen—old enough to understand way too much, and young enough to deserve a real childhood.

It is not just about crossing a line on a map. The reality is that kids have to be literally extracted from under the noses of occupiers. Once they make it, they end up in Hope and Recovery centers where they actually get to be kids again instead of living in constant anxiety.

Bringing children back from occupied zones is becoming a high-stakes daily grind.
