Five Russian commanders indicted for the Kharkiv Epicentr strike

Original version ·

Ukrainian investigators painstakingly reconstructed the entire chain of command behind the air attack on a hardware store in Kharkiv.

Investigators analyzed over 150 witness interviews and dozens of forensic reports to trace every single link in the chain that targeted a civilian shopping center in Kharkiv.

It turns out it took four generals and a colonel from Russia to coordinate an airstrike on a home improvement store. The commander who gave the final flight order for the strike was actually born in Chuhuiv, Kharkiv Oblast — literally ordering bombs dropped on his own home region.

Sending five high-ranking military commanders to plan a strike on a hardware store really says everything about their tactical brilliance.
