Russian missile hits Kharkiv apartment block: 23 injured, 2 dead

Original version ·

Another morning in Kharkiv, another terror strike on a residential building.

It is just a Tuesday in Kharkiv, which means Russia decided to turn a regular apartment building into a target. Two people are gone and 23 more are nursing injuries. Among those hurt are children aged 3, 12, 16, and 17. This wasn't a military base, it was just someone's home.

Emergency crews are still picking through the debris, and the city had to reroute trolleybuses because the impact site is now an active rescue zone. People were just trying to live their lives, and now they are in the ER or the morgue.

The concept of a safe home simply does not exist for those living under the flight path of a neighbor who views civilian casualties as a routine byproduct of a morning coffee run.
