Iran Is Mad Ukraine Hit Its Caspian Cargo Ship

Original version ·

Tehran summoned Ukrainian diplomats to complain that shooting at ships delivering weapons to Putin is somehow unfair.

So Iran is officially outraged. Tehran summoned Ukraine's diplomat after Ukrainian forces struck a ship in the Caspian Sea that was busy transporting military cargo. One sailor reportedly died, and another was injured, according to Iranian officials.

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi even called EU diplomacy chief Kaja Kallas to demand that the UN Security Council step in and punish Kyiv. Because apparently, shipping arms to fuel a war in Europe is totally fine, but having those supply ships blown up is a scandalous violation of international law.

It turns out sending drones and missiles to bomb Ukrainian cities isn't a one-way street after all.

crying to the UN because your arms delivery got intercepted in a sea you thought was safe is top tier comedy
+3 funnyWatching a warmonger cry to the UN about their own supply chain issues is indeed the kind of petty drama we live for
