Two teens killed in Chernihiv: Another night of terror from Russia

Original version ·

The reality of Russia's drone campaign just hit Chernihiv’s center in the worst way possible.

A normal day in Chernihiv ended in tragedy when a Russian drone slammed into the city center. Two 15-year-old girls, Yana and Maria, were killed in the strike. Thirty-seven other people were injured, including five children, as the blast ripped through businesses, homes, and schools.

The attacks didn't stop there. Other drones hit the Mena and Berezna communities, turning a local cultural center into rubble and damaging residential buildings. By morning, yet another strike hit a house in Bobovytsia.

Targeting cultural hubs and residential streets in the name of a 'special operation' is a special kind of cowardice.
