Ukrainian air defense just turned 102 Russian drones into scrap metal overnight

Original version ·

Another sleepless night, another massive drone hunt. While everyone was trying to get some sleep, the air defense crews were busy setting new records in local pest control.

Let's look at the numbers. The neighbors sent 117 drones to crash our sleep schedule. Out of those, the Armed Forces successfully neutralized 102 drones. That is a massive chunk of metal and explosives prevented from doing any harm.

Of course, the remaining ones still mean we spent the night listening to sirens and explosions, but the efficiency rate here is absolutely wild. It's like trying to catch over a hundred angry hornets in the dark with a net, and somehow catching almost all of them.

Sleeping through the night is starting to feel like a premium DLC that hasn't been unlocked yet.
